Refund policy

We offer a 30-day guarantee on our products. If you don’t love your IAO product purchased from our website for any reason, we are happy to issue a refund within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns after 30 days. While we're happy to refund your product, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges. Please email Hello@iaobeauty.com with any addition questions.
